Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. She recently partnered with Bevers Real Estate, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.

Shelly’s down-to-earth, positive attitude and tremendous sense of humor are reasons she builds strong relationships with her clients. She focuses first on really getting to know her clients, discovering their needs and desires, then resolves to find a solution fitting for each person.

Shelly had experienced “Corporate America” and “glass ceilings”, so she made the transition into real estate for a simple reason: “I wanted to build a career around my life, not a life around my career.” She insists life is too short not to keep your priorities in order … God First, Family Second, & Career Third! Shelly has served in numerous positions with her local S. Central Board of Realtors, and with Texas Association of Realtors over the years and believes it is important to stay involved in serving others in our industry, and in supporting property ownership in Texas.
